Beaver Challenge Details of our 2026 Event are BelowDate: Time: Cost: Booking deadline: Location: Sign up: Need help: Contact us Join the team: Sign up here Event details and what do I need to know: The Beaver challenge is a circular walk with activities and check points for the Beavers to get outside and enjoy the countryside. We have a tuck shop on route and the walk is around 5 miles long.We encourage you to walk in teams of 4 to 12 people Before the event Please complete the further information online and ensure all parents have completed the details on EMS, this will greatly speed up your time signing in. Arriving / Parking Please do not arrive on site before 10am and please ask parents not to arrive before 10:45am –and we have over 300 beavers attending so please ask parents to car share where possible. A leader will need to be available to collect the Beavers as the parents drop them off. Signing in Signing in will be available from 11am at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX please follow signage in to the site we will be coming in the delivery entrance to the car park. Walking will start from 11:30.The route and activities will close between 15:30 – 16:00pm. The Event On arrival please gather all your beavers together and then send one adult over to sign in. Along the route will be things to find and questions to answer. Clip boards are useful if you have some. The event is about taking part and doing well at the challenges it is not a race please take time to enjoy the route. Please take your pack lunch with you on the route there is a lunch stop on the route. Water will be available at the lunch stop but please encourage your young people to carry a full water bottle. The tuck shop will also be available at the lunch stop. Badges and certificates Badges and certificates will be given out when you arrive back at the campsite. Your fee covers a badge and certificate for every adult and young person.
